Dr. Galemore is Florida native who completed her undergraduate and veterinary degrees at North Carolina State University. After graduation, she completed a rigorous 1-year small animal medicine and surgery internship at BluePearl Veterinary Partners in Tampa, FL. Following completion of her internship, she pursued a 1-year specialty internship in Internal Medicine at Animal Specialty Group in Los Angeles, CA. Her success in the Internal Medicine internship allowed her to attain a residency position at Tufts University, one of the most prestigious Internal Medicine residency programs in the nation.
Dr. Galemore completed her Small Animal Internal Medicine residency at Tufts University in 2017. She successfully passed her Internal Medicine specialty board exam in 2017 and is now a board-certified practitioner. Dr. Galemore has been recognized for her strength in teaching, clinical skills, and clinical research. Her clinical interests include infectious disease, urology, nephrology, interventional therapies, and feline medicine.
Dr. Galemore is excited to be back in the southeast. She lives in Knoxville with her 3 cats, ball python, and Russian tortoise. During her free time, she enjoys hiking, baking, and traveling.
