  1. Complete the Specialty Services Referral Form
  2. Attach the patient’s medical records, test results, and radiograph/ultrasound results
  3. Fax or email to Animal Emergency & Specialty Center
  4. Give a doctor card or service card to your client along with an AESC brochure
  5. We will call your client to set up an appointment

What to Expect


We are usually able to schedule your patient within the week. If you have any questions, please contact AESC.

Payment Options

Animal Emergency & Specialty Center (AESC) requires a deposit before treatment is initiated. We permit other parties to make payments on behalf of the client. Payment is required when services are rendered. We accept the following forms of payment:

  • Cash
  • Visa
  • MasterCard
  • American Express
  • Discover


Exam and consultation fees are specific to our specialty services and are subject to change. Clients are provided estimates for any additional services. For specific information about our fees, please call:

Medical Records

For Emergency Cases For Specialty Cases
The entire record will be emailed or faxed to you once the record is complete:

  • When patients are being transferred back to your care, the record will be complete at the time of transfer.
  • For other patients, the records will be complete within 48 hours.
